Mr. Carl-Christian Anders

Mr. Anders has proven experience in marine insurance underwriting/policy handling to conduct professional audits. He is an insurance and risk management expert with extensive experience in Germany, Switzerland and abroad. During his career Mr. Anders has  worked with Jauch & Hübener later AON in various Senior management positions in Germany and in Switzerland. He set up his own businesses essentially providing consulting services to participants in the risk management and insurance industry including MGA tasks. Now since years at GlobalBroker Group AG  in Switzerland he is responsible for the international business and does provide knowledge & skills in the area of Marine, Financial Lines, Risk Management and leading international key accounts. We are proud to have gained the support and service commitment of Mr. Anders as an independent contractor for performing our Insurance Audit Services.

Dr. Kai Holger Drews

Dr. Drews has nearly 25 years of experience in the insurance and transportation industry. He has published numerous articles and books on transportation and insurance law topics. He is one of the few qualified attorneys at law who actually went to sea with a seaman's book. Consistently he began his career with a P & I Club correspondent in Hamburg. Dr. Drews then worked with leading international logistics insurance brokers Jauch & Hübner successivly AON, providing senior risk management and claims services to leading logistics companies. Dr. Drews also held senior management positions as head of claims in the marine insurance industry with the insurance companies (AGCS (Allianz Group) and ACE Insurance(today CHUBB). He applied his vast knowledge and experience as auditor in addition to his work as a lawyer. Dr. Drews is co-founder and partner of AROCAN. He is leading the Global Insurance Audit division and is your primary contact for planning and conducting insurance audits.

Ms. Tanja Schnieder

Ms. Schnieder holds a degree in economics and business administration following a professional training in banking. She then worked for several years as consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers  in the financial services sector before joining an international insurance company (today CHUBB) as a senior underwriter and authorized signatory for trade credit insurance. This was followed by a position as Team Leader Credit Risk Management at an international trading company. Ms.Tanja Schnieder has been an independent management consultant for several years. Her special expertise is in the area of business process optimization, agile and classical project management as well as quality assurance. Ms. Schnieder also gained numerous certifications in the areas of IT, project management and facilitation.

Fabio Toriello

Fabio graduated in 1990 at the Genoa law school and has since then practiced as a lawyer specialised in maritime, transport and insurance law, subsequently expanding  the practice to general liability, products liability, medical malpractice and professional indemnity. Prior to graduation he has worked many years in the UK marine insurance industry. His professional experience covers the Italian, Swiss, UK and Chinese insurance sector and includes claims settlement and adjustment under TPA agreements for the market. Fabio is professor of private and comparative law at the University of Sassari and his academic works comprise of four volumes (on the condition of reciprocity in comparative and EU law; EU law integration through EUCJ case law; freight forwarding law; private enforcement) and over 120 articles on contracts, torts and insurance issues. With his wealth of experience and knowledge Fabio will not only support but also enrich the international Arocan Auditors team.
